I brought oneassist total accidental oneassist insurance for my mobile protection. Now when my device got damaged i had booked their repair service claim within their insurance period.
Now they rejected my request for repair stating that u were careless. I was riding my byck and my device was kept in my trackpants pocket. Accidentally it slipped from my pocket and fall down on road side and got damaged little bit at the bottom of touchscreen.
Please help me to get my claim
