I did a insurance of my iphone ** pro for physical damage back in December **** and then I got a mail from one assist saying my policy is valid till December ****.
But now when I am claiming it, they say that your policy was rejected.I didn't get any mail, or message or whatsapp regarding the same. And neither did I get refund to my original payment method.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
