OneAssist - 15 day repair Guarantee not Honoured

The One assist insurance was taken when i purchased the TV and now that i have raised a claim for the repair, they are taking days to resolve and even deliver the TV after repair back to me.
They have also surpassed their ** days TV resolution guarantee and as per the agreement they should be either giving me the money to buy a new tv or replace a similar tv. And no updates are being unless i call them. Always i hear that we will check with the area service manager and try to resolve it asap.
