Jio Fiber - No service provided on Jio Fiber postpaid since August No response from Appellate either since Oct

Since **st Aug ****, I was facing issues with hardware provided by Jio. Multiple complaints, but no resolution provided. After a point, engineer who was supposed to visit and replace the router, started cancelling appointments with ridiculous reasons. Post escalating appellate, I was promised a resolution by **th November. But till date, no reply to emails, calls or resolution. Stopped paying the bill since Oct'** and switched to another carrier as I wasn't able to use internet.
Now collection team calls and speaks unprofessionally since I haven't paid. Appellate's response as on date - There's no update on resolution. I have paid more than **** towards my charges since August'** even though i couldn't use internet or they didn't provide service repair as per the agreement.
