Online legal India - No service no refund

I have not received any call from their end after I made the payment on *st december. I was promised in the beginning by their member ( mr Bishmay ) that I will receive a call from an advocate within one hour. Later on, i was told it will take atleast ** hours.. till date there is no response.. I have made several phone calls and I mailed them also for refund of my amount as I have lost all faith in them.
Their refund policy says they will issue the refund if they are unable to solve any case. In my case, they have not done anything till now. No advocate has been asigned. Nobody has contacted me. They are just fooling around in the name of government registered agency.
