Toothsi - NO SERVICE NO REFUND

I have been cheated by the company toothsi into paying the EMI.I got my toothsi scan done on Mar **,**** the concerned person asked me to choose the EMI option and convert **k as I was eligible for the same. However, I was told that the Emi will start only if I CONFIRM the smile makeover plan.
After the scan, they have informed me to pay total ₹**,*** which i didn’t expect. So I decided to cancel my toothsi emi option and raised an issue. Customer support keep telling the concerned person will contact and I haven't received any information yet.
Kindly take action against the same as they are deceiving the customers and not refunding the downpayment of **k.
