I have opted you broadband ** Mbs speed plan and paid for it as they promised that they will give the connection in one day (All call records and WhatsApp conversation is available with me). Later they didn't answer the phone for * days and even customer support people also didn't respond well. They gave a fake address of office at Boduppal. Finally, I got their office and they gave connection for ** Mbs and the day after it's not giving more than ** Mbs speed. I'm raising a complaint through phone and you broadband app (I called all people, one time they will answer and later they don't answer for days again I have all phone call records and app screenshots). Since * days my problem didn't resolve. I didn't get the internet to do my office work a huge loss of work and money.
