Onida - No Service after sale

It's been more than two weeks since my Onida AC's compressor which is still in warranty stopped working. I've raised multiple requests for engineer visits since *st of April over their customer care line but they're getting cancelled each time either on their own or by engineers who don't want to visit. They sent one engineer after the first request but he came for AC servicing which was not required and went away stating someone else will come. Another engineer called another day confirming the time but never turned up and that was the end of it. I keep calling every day and being assured engineer visit will happen tomorrow when it doesn't. I've tried to get it fixed by other engineers but they could not and advised me to contact Onida. It's burning hot as I live on the top floor and quite difficult without AC. Please help.
