Onida - AC Repair

Its a PCB repair which is under warranty, that means they need to provide me if the issue still there.So yes the issue i am facing from the day* onwards and i follwed with them * month continuosly and then decided to file a complaint.On April thy repaired and the warranty is till September ****.And now they are saying they are not able to do repair you do it from brand itself will pay only PCB amount with condition*.
So i told them that either repair it / provide me the new PCB , but they are telling me to do from outside ( that means UC cant provide the service )so i said if you are insisting me to do then you should bare all the expenses ( including service charges ) because you people are not able to do then whatever the expense will happen you should bare, simply saying we are ready to refund the amount back of what the pcb cost while servicing, so i told them that what about my time which i spent on UC ( trusted company )i simply denied the offer and asking them to do ( i am ok with repair/new pcb/new ac ) but i need a solution from your end.( Nerul - Navi Mumbai )
