Purchased onida automatic washing machine on ** Jan ****. It's giving Error E*. Lauge complain to customer care center twice in ** july and ** July with complaint no.****I********* and **************. But no Acton done. After pushing so many time with different chanel one technician visited and told that it's door lock or PCB us. Since then no body visited to rectify the snag. Thus is on warranty period and now no one is listening and some time not picking phone also. I mailed to response@onida.com twice but no response from that also. Now I am helpless and need a help.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
