Onida - Ac service not resolved

On **/**/**** *.**pm call to justdail customer care service to ask ac service in sithalapakkam and i got so many of call by service agencies and i told him to call tomorrow morning how had get call first to me and **/**/**** i get one call by agent i ask him to come on *.**pm but he came at *.**pm and he started service at step by step and i told him complaint water leekage in indoor and he change all the integral but problem as not solve have repeat again and i call again to service man to tell a problem have repeating you come and see again but he told i come tomorrow tell now the service man did not came i pay **** rupees in google pay
