- No service after AMC Open

i am using aquaguard water purifier from eureka forbes. i am using it for last * years and each year i used to renue my amc.
my amc was expired last sep **** and i requested for amc renual calling eureka forbes customer care(****-***-****).after one day i got a text message("text_meaasgae_received_for amc.png" ,attached)
providing the service partner details and i was told to call the service partner mentioned in the text message.
i called the person and they came and changed my aquaguard water purifier filter and reniewed the amc by paying ****rs on **/**/****(attached the bill).for next one month
it was working fine and from nov *nd ****, water was not filling properly. i called up the people who did amc and asked them to check the issue,they promised to come but didnt showed up, this repeated till nov **th **** and i raised complaint to eureka forbes telling the story.they agreed that my product is in contract period and hence no service charge will be applicable. after that they have changed the mind and told that renual is not done by us and by some local service provider and if technician visits, its chargeable.
for last ** days i am mentally disturbed because of these people, now if i am trying to call sr technology they are not picking my call, i tried to call from different number they after realising that i have called they just ignore and cut my calls.
please sir i need justics after spending ****rs i am getting mentally tortured.
no other consumer should be cheated like this in future, please take action against these fords
