Myntra.com - no return and refund

I have purchased a louis philippe white shirt with order no-*******-*******-******* at *nd march . I got damaged product ( plastic stick on right shoulder ) bad quality so i contacted to customer care but they locked my account instead of solving my issue . ** days passed away but they didn't resolve my issue , always said you violate our myntra fair policy and your account remain deactivated .
Hence, we are not able to accommodate your any return or refund request .
requesting plz look in this matter , they are doing fraud with me and forced to keep the damaged product .
