I had paid for a new connection on *nd may and had not received any confirmation for the same, for which i am calling the customer service representative since the last week, all they do is keep making fake promises and extended dates for installation and they'd never answer the call at once. * days after i made the payment, and still no executive showed up for the installation. When i asked for the refund, they say it'd take ** days of time. No corporate ever would take ** days for refunding the amount which they haven't provided the services for.
