I purchased, SHARP **" this month and found issue with Picture Quality and Audio, hence requested to replace the same with other brand else return of this.. Technical team asking me to use Addfitional Woofer and change my Setup box that is costing addition amount to me.. now I amrked mail at Sr. level but from last *-* days, there are no response from any one..
