Dear Sir,
Sorry to bother you but frankly speaking i am not happy with your back office ( Customer Service Team ). You your self can try & see the responses given to your customers due to which you may loose your customers & name in the market in service Industry.
Sir, my AC service contract has expired in month of February **** and due to lockdown since your office was closed & due to our personal reasons the contract could not got renewed. Even the online request for renewal of contract & servicing of AC is puoposely rejected.
My registered Mobile No with Hitachi is +**-********** & when registered a request for renewal of contract + servicing, we got a call from your team from ********** & firstly they said that since my contract is not renewed so hence i need to pay for servicing & when told him that i want to do service plus also want to renew the contract and told them that during my last service done when my contract was valid, i was been told that AC Gas is less & need to fill the same which will be free of cost as it is included in my contract but the person who had come to do the service did not had Gas cylinder to refill the Gas & i was told that same will be done in next service. But as you are aware that there was a lockdown & service could not take place as your office was closed & my contract expired.
Now when i got a call from your office from Mobile No. **********, firstly i was demanded to pay first & then after contract will get renewed after ** days then in my next service AC Gas will be filled. Sir i want to do the contract but if you cannot understand & service the customer, then let us close the topic & we will not continue with Hitachi.
My request you your office is that the contract charges payment will be given to you in cash on presentation of receipt from your end & to instruct your technician to immediately get the service done & refill the GAS instead of waiting for ** days for contract to get renewed.
If you feel that what i am saying is ok for you, then you can send your person or else we will look out for some other service provider who will service me.
Hope you will give instructions to your team not to loose any customer or dis-satisfy them as i am & tell your team to get service done & re-fill the gas immediately at the time when your person will come to get the service renewed.
