Dear sir / madam,
This is to bring your kind notice that we had bought Hitatchi AC in the year ****. It’s not even been * years and the AC has stopped cooling. Due to the lack of cooling, a complaint was filed after which the compressor was changed. Regrettably even after changing the compressor, there was no cooling. Several complaints were filed subsequently under request numbers………..,however, there has been no development till now. Instead we received a msg stating that the ‘call no is submitted for cancellation due to service already done’, while no solution to our problem has been provided. You would appreciate that it’s getting really hot and not possible to survive without the ac on. It’s the worst service from HITACHI that we have been experiencing.
Request you to kindly look into this and get it fixed as soon as possible.
