- No response for my paid order from Freshtm Open

Hi there,
I had placed my prepaid order placed on *th April, scheduled for delivery on **th April **** between *am -*am, but unfortunately I have not received the order yet.
When I looked for the order status on app it still shows order placed. I tried calling them, call did not get connected, then I whatsapped them - no response yet, even logged a ticket with them my emailing them. Again no response.
I understand that the service is provided in current scenario is on best effort basis, but I as customer I have the right to know why the order is getting delayed and most importantly have option to cancel the order, which is not happening.
Requesting you to kindly take necessary action action the team, as I suspect this to be fraud case where they are taking money but not delivering products.
