Jio - No resolution by JIO since September to bring my mobile number in service

I ported my mobile number from Airtel to Jio in Hyderabad. It worked for more than a month and then and I had to travel to my hometown in August to work from home and office closure.
Jio terminated my number on *th September due to pending payment with airtel. However I did clear payment on *th itself few hours before they terminated.

I have escalated , visited jio store in kotdwar, Uttrakhand , and escalated to jio appellate many times for last ** days. However they are not resolving my issue and there is no response.

Due to Number not working I am not able to do bank transactions, facing difficulty to talk to people, have to change the number at multiple places.

I am mentally very frustrated due to such a bad service by jio even after multiple follow-up.
