Akshay Karkera filed complaint against Jio on Aug 12, 2024
On *th June, I made an international roaming recharge of ****/- to my Jio account with my mobile number **********. The recharge was successful but I did not get service throughout my time there. I reached out to the customer service and even they were not able to resolve my issue. I was assured by your customer service team that I would receive a refund within ** days. Unfortunately, it has been well beyond that time frame, and I have yet to receive the refund.
I have been diligently following up on this matter through numerous calls to your customer service team. Despite my persistent efforts, there has been no resolution or clear communication on the status of my refund. This delay is causing me significant inconvenience and is highly unacceptable. Below service tickets have been generated for the issue.
