P UMESH filed complaint against Jio on Jul 7, 2024
Hereby i have recharged the jio mobile no -********** for Rs.***/- from my jio app bearing no **********,through Phonepay dated **th June **** @*:** pm,Wherein the payment was successful but recharge not reflecting.
Hence request you to refund back the amount deducted Rs.***/- to my account as soon as possible.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
