The product was delivered to me on *th aug d very same day when d person fr assembly came he realised that the product is damaged and few parts r not dre..so i called d customer care on *th aug and as per them I sent them d image so that the product can be either replaced or can b taken back.spoke to rahul,afifa and Dominic from return dept and called the carpenter who was suppose to come fr pickup from *th to ** th august but no one turned up fr pickup of the defective product and nor my money got refunded...really they harassed me mentally and financially my product no.********* and complain no.is PH-******-****
