- No Refund Open
My flight to Sri Lanka was cancelled by the airline in November **** after which I applied for a refund at Trip.com. It's been over ** months now and I am yet to receive a refund. I had booked same airline through a different OTA for return from Sri Lanka and that was refunded last year itself. But the ticket with Trip.com still isn't refunded which clearly shows it's not the airline's fault.
Honestly, terrible customer service because I have contacted them through email, calls, everything and they give me same excuse that the refund is stuck on airlines side. I don't know what I can do anymore as I have sent them numerous emails and calls till date.
