Hi Voxya Team,
I have booked Malaysian airlines via Trip.com in Nov **** for my Dec vacation to India.
Malyasian airlines flights cancelled in Dec due to COVID restrictions. later Trip.com said they allow change a flight but now they are not allowing to reschedule or refund money.
They are saying its expired, I am tryiing to call them ** times from August **** they are not responding and not allowing to rebook or refund.
Kindly help me to resolve issue.
