Dear Sir / Madam,
Trip.com advised me to use the free-cancellation option after *Thai Airways* cancelled my flight and asked me to book an alternate flight to avoid disruption in my travel plans. I followed the instruction, opted for free cancellation, and booked another flight immediately.
Since then, Trip.com has not refunded the amount, stating it is pending from Thai Airways’ side. Upon speaking directly with Thai Airways and their customer care, I was informed that there is no refund pending from the airline’s end and trip.com has to look into this.
As a customer fulfilling all conditions shared by Trip.com (including free cancellation), I request your support to kindly confirm the refund status with Thai Airways at your end and help have my refund processed at the earliest, as this has now been pending for over * months.
I sincerely hope for a positive and swift update.
