It was january * nd, I booked a bus from nagpur to hyderabad with Hans travels under Red Bus domain. Hans travels called before * hours of starting journey and cancelled the bus and mentioned that refund will be given in ** hours. After ** hours when we connected to them they said we already refunded to red bus, you can collect from them. When tried to connect with red bus they are mentioning that we have to check once with operator. It's more than ** days and still im not getting a proper response. Is this the way an official platform services do?
