I had returned the product on **th January at their store which i did not like. And They said we will refund the amount within *-* days. Its been like ** days now and yet i am told to wait for another *-* days. And this is happening since last ** days. Even their employees try to manipulate me whenever i try to call them. They are doing fraud with me and like me there must be ***s of other employees too.
It is their policy to refund the amount within **-** working days which has already passed. Yet im told to wait. When called customer care they say to wait and wait.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
