Ajio Reliance Trend - No refund received and they kept me package as well

As i have purchased one Superdry jacket on **nd Jan **** which I received without tags so I informed Ajio customer service team on that same day yet Ajio team did not accept that it was without tags. After multiple pictures or mail trails they agreed for return pick up then after ** days they said this is not Ajio product so we will be sending this jacket back to you and will not initiate refund. Now after ** weeks I have not received the refund or the jacket. I am tired of sending emails and calling customer service team . I have received an email from Ajio team that they have initiated refund so please check your account now when I have called them customer care team says no refund has been initiated.
