I have recently booked a domestic flight ticket from Goibibo platform for Delhi to Visakhapatnam on *th June bearing the PNR no. "SI**XW". Due to some reason I have cancelled my booking with respective Indigo airlines.
The Indigo airlines as a good gesture of service they provided me with a total refund to my booking. As the booking is done from Goibibo platform they have refunded my money to their account. But the auto-generated customer care of this platform is showing that there is no refund for my booking while it's confirmed by Indigo airlines that cashback been credited to their platform. So in order to contact about this issue, there are no good customer services from Goibibo platform. I really need my money back. I tried every single possible way to contact them but insane.
Please I kindly request you to resolve my issue
