*GUD sells refurbished smartphones. They also have their own quality rating which ranges from "Good" to "Like-New".
As per their website, A "Like-new" product might be unsealed but it's an unused product.
I bought an iPhone * *** GB "Like-New" for *****, it came with a duplicate display, I placed a replacement request and they replaced the product with even a worse product. This time the display was same, yellowish, dull and on top of that, the Battery health score for a "Like-New" product was just **%.
After that, I placed a refund request and I'm spending at least **-** minutes daily with *GUD's customer support, it's been more than * weeks, but I'm just getting tech visits and dates. No actual solution.
