2GUD BY FLIPKART - Refund from is frustating

I purchased an iphone from *gud but it is heating after *-* hours use of online videos with wifi. I raised this issue with * gud and flle refund * times but it was refused by *gud and i did not get my refund till now.
They always send a technician for visit and technician always said that its heating but not over heating and we can not refund you. They agreed that phone is heating but not ready to refund.
This is the worst experiance i have ever in online shopping.In comparison to amazon it is worst.
