2GUD BY FLIPKART - Fraudulent Activity Received RIN SOAP IN PLACE OF IPHONE ORDER ID FROM OWNED BY FLIPKART

Dear Sir/Team,

I and my elder brother Animesh (from who's account the iphone was ordered) got a rin soap against my order ID - OD ****************** in which I was supposed to receive an iPhone *s. Take the matter on urgent basis, and process with the refund ASAP. Do find the attachment as a proof. I recieved the order at **:** am on **-July-** and right after discovering this fraudulent act I processed for the refund at **:** am. **-July-** which will be easily available on your system database end.

Spoke with Flipkart executive, they said they can't help out and that only *Gud guys can help out that too they don't have any point of contact properly, but they have the audacity to play with customer's emotions and money. So am forced to write over here. Since it was Sunday yesterday I waited for Monday to come and here I am writing. And there was a place to write to *Gud and they said they needs ** hours to contact us back which is too much to wait for after receiving a rin soap against ***** INR (Including EMI interest rates it sums upto approximately ***** INR to my bank's end).

We(I and my elder brother), already processed for the refund. Do look into the matter as an urgent one cause one have to earn money taking a great amount of toil.

Lastly, if you guys by any chance on earth comes to the conclusion,that you guys have delivered the item correctly and ever think that we are trying to do any wrong with you guys, feel free to share the IMEI number of the apple iphone *s I ordered. I will go to the local police station and do the searching from my end as well. And guys or sir, take it as an awareness, if I have to pay ***** INR for a rin soap on getting cheated by Flipkart and *Gud, then I can definitely go on with legal procedures much further.

Still have trust in Flipkart and eventually *gud( cause owned by Flipkart) and awaiting refund.

Never thought such fraud can happen and will be facing from an e-shopping giant such as Flipkart.

And I have deliberately given my contacts openly so that if anyone needs to me verify me as in person, can feel free to. And just past some time I received a mail from the seller that they can't accept the return. Like is this any sort of joke ?
