- No refund on food order Open
This is related to poor and bad service of Swiggy for the order no ***********. I had the following issue with the order.
*. The order got delivered in almost *hrs after several follow-ups (Where is the timely delivery policy of swiggy?)
*. The order was delivered by some random guy (**********) and not from the assigned delivery executive. (**********)
*. The guy who delivered the food was drunk and in an unconscious state. (Where is customer safety? )
*. The delivered food was too cold to be consumable as if it was prepared an hour or more ago. (Where is food quality?)
*. Despite writing an escalation mail to swiggy no appropriate action was taken.
Based on the above negligence and carelessness I want below actions to be taken :
*. A complete money refund of my order. (I won't accept partial refund or coupons for such a big issue).
*. A genuine investigation on why this has happened to me despite being such an old member of swiggy.
*. An apology mail from swiggy acknowledging this kind of service won't be repeated again.
*. Swiggy policy related to timely delivery and customer safety.
