Make My Trip Pvt Ltd
- No refund issued since 15 days of cancellation Open
I had booked a hotel for Nainital on **/**/**** for * nights from **/**/**** to **/**/****. It is to be mentioned that more than ** days have passed yet I have not received the refund of ***** ( *****/- by SBI card and Rs.**** by MMT wallet). I am told to wait for ** hours ** hours every day and that my refund is being processed. Nothing has been done yet and no one has called me to resolve this issue. It is high time some action needs to be taken as Rs.*****/- is not a small amount of money and it being stuck at their end causes monetary losses to me. The following points must be noted:
*. The booking was cancelled by me on the **th of April, **** after speaking with a representative who assured that refund would be processed at the earliest.
*. The emails and WhatsApp communication that I got from MMT's end clearly mentions that cancellation till one day before check-in date that is **/**/**** is free and to be clear. I had cancelled on **/**/**** which means a full refund is bound to be given to me.
*. It is also to be stated that the monetary loss and mental harassment of communicating their representatives day in and day out is taking a toll.
It is requested that my refund be processed within **-** hours as I have already suffered monetary losses in the terms of bank interest that their team has caused by keeping the amount of Rs.*****/- by not processing the refund for ** days.
