Qnet India Vihaan Direct Selling Pvt Ltd - No product received and denied refund

I was lured into this by one of my former managers, joined QNet just out of faith. Paid *,**,*** as joining fees. After two weeks of "business plans", where I repeatedly asked that whether it was a pyramid scheme, I was asked to be in sessions where, after about three weeks I was sure that it was. Then I asked why the "products" weren't delivered to me, neither any account created in their portal. I was said it was a "good product" in safekeeping. Then I mailed the Vihaan people asking for a refund. Was flatly denied citing policy. Then I approached the person who got me into this, yet the same denial about refund persists to date. I still haven't seen the so-called product till date, it's been about one year now.
