Qnet India Vihaan Direct Selling Pvt Ltd - Not refunded my money

Last month my childhood friends called me and told me he is doing well in his business. In fact, he is a doctor in my city. We know each other since **-years. Somewhat I was also interested in what he is doing in business. I talk to him in the Novotel hotel and asked him to give me some idea about your success. He refused to talk about his business but give assurity to me that I will contact you when any partner position available to us. After some day he set up a meeting with his senior member and in the discussion, he says I am doing stupid things in my life because I am doing a job and taking orders from the boss. However, they manipulate me and force me to join them. Even I ask them to show some legal document of the company or any proof what you are exactly doing in business, how your revenue gets calculated but haven't received any satisfactory answer from them. Finally, my friend told me to trust him and make an investment because he is also a victim of Qnet.

Finally, he forced me to make dd of Rs. ******/- in the name of "Vihaan Direct Selling (India) Pvt." The next day I received mail regarding the product purchase and membership fee details from qvi club and Qnet. I asked him what is this all about. He told this is a complimentary gift and a welcome bonus from the company. I asked him but it seems to be a purchase order. He fails to give the answer. Here I am assured that I am his victim. I asked him that I don't want this kind of product, please give my money. All * peoples are trying to convince me. Finally, I searched on the internet and raised cancellation request (Cxn-********-****) on **-Mar-**** as per Qnet procedure along with bank details and pan card. However, even after the cancellation request, I am receiving product delivery details. I do not want that product or any club membership. I want my money back in my bank account the same also provided to them. Request you to do not close the ticket till receiving my money.
