Qnet India Vihaan Direct Selling Pvt Ltd - Mlm scam

I was a recent victim of Qnet scam through a guy.
Where I invested ******. In which they have purchased a package worth *,*****. Soon I came to know that it was a scam and fought for a refund. They have returned the amount of Rs.***** the next day and initiated the refund process. The refund process was completed and the company had agreed for the refund with some deduction in the amount like transfer and admin charges. But the amount will be refunded back only to the credit card through which they have purchased. As they said, the amount was credited back to the credit card from which the purchase had been made. But the guy lied to me that it was not received by them, and after * week after I pushed to send send the credit card statement, they agreed on payment receipt. From then they asked me to wait for a week and I will get the refund amount in my account. Even after ** days I haven't received it and they asked another week. Where I didn't agreed and I want the money then. Then they said will give back the ***% money back the next day, but didn't after * days received an amount of **k and promised to send another **k the same day but didn't. The next day have received a **k. And I asked him to do the **k as promised by today and you can even return the balance in seven days. Then he came up with another story that the credit holder was not available and you have to wait for another week. His story was Goin on and I'm afraid whether he's going to return the money or not.
