Joister Connect - No Internet No refund

I have joined Joister broadband services on **/**/****.The plan I choose was **mbps.My speed reduced from December and from **th June I am not getting internet.I request refund but the main branch is saying your local branch is not responding.Since ** days I am requesting refund but there is no response over it.
