- No installation done yet inspite of paying full amount Closed
I want to take this opportunity to share my grievance about Airtel Broadband, Bangalore. I requested for a new connection on **th June, ****. A gay from the back end team came and collected ₹**** from me for * months and promised they would be in my house for installation within ** hours. It’s been more than * days and I have no response from the Airtel team. Plus, every time I call them, they tell me that it’ll be done by the end of the day. I’m still eagerly awaiting for that day.
And also, I found one that the plan which is enabled vs the plan they have offered are completely different. The plan was supposed to be offering me ***mbps speed but instead, they went ahead and initiated a plan of ** mbps . Please help me regarding this. I am trapped in a huge fix.
