- No connectivity since 8 days created over 10 tickets no resolution customer care executives only Closed
My user id vaibhav*** with Excitel. In December ****, I had got almost ** days no/very bad service. I had been demanding grace days from company however the company did not reply to any of my complaints. So mentally frustrated I did not recharge for two months and was constantly called by excitel care for recharging and they promised to provide grace days for december and better services now. However when I recharged on feb ** **** for * months pack at Rs **** I did not see internet coming, I launched a ticket and was promised resolution within * day. However no resolution till more than * days. I have launched around ** tickets and am daily calling executived. They are fooling me saying it will correctef by tomorrow or today evening. I have been constantly asking for proof or give me in written however they haven't shown any proof or updated ticket with their claims. They are just fooling me everyday. I have lost all hopes. Please help me refund my hard earned money
