Drivers disconnecting the ride after they approaching through call and asking the price rate and then disconnecting the ride to another. It happens today dated **/**/****, sunday to reach my destination. Nearly * to * drivers disconnect the ride and one driver came to near *** m and called me to ask the price, after telling the price that uber fixed they disconnect the call and ride without proper response. For this we got stress and waste of time and i reached my destination late with my personal vehicle. But one last driver charges Rs. ** for cancelled the ride. I can't leave these issue now. Either the company should cancel the charge and provide me monetary benefits for the delay and the stress you have given to us.
