I had purchased this water purifier from Flipkart on **/*/****. The product was sold by consulting rooms private ltd. The product was delivered on **/*/**. The product installation was already delayed by the company & it was installed on **/*/** but after installation, the purifier started to leak the same day of installation. Then I registered a complaint on blue star companies mobile app & even called the dealer from Sangli & also customer care number also they said to me we will solve the problem in ** hours. An executive from puro industries attended the call and removed apart from it I guess the part was low water pressure pump he said. After that day till today, the machine is not repaired by the company. Even after several calls to the dealer from Sangli, Pune & also blue star company they have not repaired the machine still. On **/*/**** a dealer from Pune called me that the machines water pump has arrived and he is sending a technician to repair it tomorrow but that technician also arrived * days later that is on **/*/**** & the technician sent by them was not even qualified to open the machine. After several calls, he went back without repairing the machine. I mailed to the company several times called their customer care several times but they haven't solved my issue. Now I want my money back as one thing is clear blue star purifiers are very bad in quality & there is no proper after sales by the company. I even have all call recordings, screenshots of the conversation with the dealer & customer care executive.
