Blue Star India - no response from support team

I purchased blue star Aristo water purifier on tataclik in July ****. The blue star service support is so very negligent that they provided the first free servicing after almost ** months when it was being asked for. Now, after recent floods in Kolhapur I wanted to change the filtration kit as the water source was submerged under flood water for almost ** days. They blue star customer care system is the worst service support I have ever experienced. I am continuously requesting to deploy some technician for replacement since last eight days but nobody turn up.
I am unable to handle this mental torture anymore
