Blue Star India - Bad Customer Service

I am Utpal Ghoshal and I had recently purchased a Blue Star Reach-In Chiller on *st May ****. However, it has not been working properly for the last few days and has lost its cooling capabilities to a significant extent. I have tried contacting the customer support several times but to no avail. My business continues to suffer losses due to the malfunction of the refrigeration unit and the customer support has not been able to provide me with any definite solution or proper guidance regarding the problem. I had raised a ticket recently on **th of June and was told that I will be paid a visit within ** hours and the issue will be resolved but that was not the case. It is to be taken into account that the said unit is out of warranty as of now and I was and am willing to pay any extra amount necessary to get it fixed including visitation charges. I would now like to take legal steps against Blue Star within my rightful boundaries to make sure that my issue gets resolved at the earliest possible convenience and therefore plead you to help me with the same.
