My move out date is **th March **. Inspection date is **nd March, Till now no one have come for inspection and no clarity on my refund.
Owner has decided to offboard the property and he has confirmed only a small portion is available for refund from his side.
While the major amount is with nestaway around *.**lakhs.
Iam tested positive for covid and have been put in this situation to fight for my advance amount writing this from hospital.
I was pleading to everyone to not put me through this situation but no one cares.
I want justice for my money when I am in need for the same.
