Ordered Macho Men Brief on **th Dec, received wrong product on **rd Dec. Raised replacement request on **rd, wrong product picked up on **th DEC. And original product not delivered.
Later updated on application that Order will be delivered by **th Jan **, and due to delay in delivery I asked to cancel this order and initiate Refund.
After following up for more than ** times, still no progress and yes, I have wasted so much of my time following up with useless help center folks. I was planning to log complaint in Consumer Forum and then saw this VOXYA. Let's see if this helps.
