Jiomart - Neither package is delivered nor the order is cancelled and not the amount is refunded

Hi team,
I have ordered an iPad which was supposed to be delivered by **th. Everyday delivery date is extended to the next day. Now its **th Nov. Cancel button is also removed for the user. Customer care executive says that your order is under process which is kind of stuck situation so neither you or us can cancel the order. So wait till the product is delivered and then only at your doorstep you can cancel the order. After that we can initiate the refunds. But they don’t say anything about the product delivery date. I raised a complaint also with jiomart but they don’t respond on it. I have seen similar issues have been reported on multiple platforms where jiomart is not refunding money at all. Please help me getting my money back. I don’t want product anymore.
