Asus India - Need Refund mental harrasment by asus

I have bought rog* mobile on August first week of ****..all of sudden on *th Nov.my wiffi n hotspot stop working..and on * Nov.my phone was dead...I have submitted my mobile to service centre on * th november****
...and on ** th Nov...I got call from service centre that my phones motherboard is damaged I have to wait till *rd of December as part is not available....I cant wait for that much time...as my work is getting badly affected...I want refund of my mobile....my kids study online classes by that mobile...that too r getting effected...all my data...n ...apps r lost...i don't trust asus any more if i got repair mobile what is the surety that it will run properly after warranty..because motherboard cost is around *****....if get dead after warranty....mobile will b just crap...i belong to lower middle class family i bought mobile on emi...I generally use mobile for * to * years...if it get dead after warranty my whole money will b lost....plz help me to provide refund..I will b very thank ful
