Asus India - Asus india not refunding my money

I bought the Rog* model( AS ZS***KS)from flipkart on may**th this year Which is under warrenty after using it for around * months the phones Wi-Fi and hotpot stopped working all of a sudden after that automatically shutting down and then on the next day **th october i submitted my phone to the asus service centre they told me the motherboard needs to be replaced . After that I mailed them called them every * days to get the update on my repair status but they always told me that your parts have been ordered it will take time be shipped but they wasn't able to arrange the parts and repair my phone. Then I mailed asus india on *th November to give solution to my problems and then they called me on *th Nov that we will provide you with the replacement in ** working days. Which is to much time for me as I have already suffered for the more than a month and I can't wait any longer. I don't need replacement. I want my refund. I even mailed them that I can't wait any longer for the replacement. So, please proceed my refund but I didn't get the reply I was expecting. I have already suffered losses for the last * month and the mental truma i have been facing since. It's now affecting my health as well. I have my collage starting from **thNov and I have to travel different state and as I mailed asus india that I need refund now as I will not be able to collect device and I cannot canceled the booking i have done for the travel. Months ago. And also there are people who have received the replacement and the same problem occured again. I won't be comfortlble using this phone in different state away from my family knowing this can be dead any time soon again. So I need a refund not replacement from asus as I have already suffered a lot for the last * month. I don't want have any intention of suffering anymore.
