I booked a room in The Vegabound Inn, in Silliguri for * nights and * day and it was pre-paid and non refundable and once I checked in into hotel, I dint find it as per the photos which were displayed on website, room is in miserable condition, bedding is not comfortable, hot water is not running in taps, there is bad odor in room and washroom, food quality of hotel is a nightmare and over and above there are insects and pest in the room.
When I woke up today, I found a baby lizard hopping on my stuff and my eatables and when I complained to MMT about this, they said it is normal and even hotel staff is being a goon and they are not ready to cancel and even there is no help from their end.
It's one my worst experience ever and MMT is also taking it casually. I am miles away from my home in a new city and hotel is like my home for couple of days and this is kind of experience and support I am getting from make my trip.
I want to file a complaint against them and I want the, to compensate me for this mess they had got me into.
